Social Workers are innovators.
Social workers are essential to the health of individuals, families, groups and building of communities. However, the profession of social work is often misunderstood and relies too heavily on the student themselves to navigate their own path with limited access to mentoring and resources.
Illinois Center for Social Work Development was created to provide students, organizations, schools, churches, healthcare and academic institutions a hub in obtaining quality information, access to mentors and cost effective resources on critical steps necessary for current and potential students to start and grow their social work professional career.
Join us as we nurture, innovate and elevate the social work profession into the future.
