Illinois Center for Social Work Development has now partnered with Lighthouse Clinical Services in developing a Clinical Supervision Training based on the needs of the future behavioral health professional.

Supporting, educating, and innovating
2024-2025 Goal
To create solutions to address behavioral health workforce needs.
Create free to low cost supervision groups for providers without access to a licensed provider in their organization, agency or facility.
Create virtual group training with free to low cost books and supplies to assist individuals with passing their LCPC and LCSW exams for state licensure.
Develop partnerships with other businesses, schools, committees and organizations looking to expand educational pipelines for future behavioral health professionals.

We know that mental health care is deeply needed in our communities, but did you know that our weakest link in meeting these demands is due to the critical lack of licensed mental health professionals?
Academic Partnership
Students with a bachelor’s degree interested in furthering their education and career potential can work with our academic on line providers to assure they are receiving stellar mission driven education from an accredited institution.
We will be working closely with our academic providers in obtaining critical internship placements especially in the virtual healthcare field.
Clinical Supervision Listings
State of Illinois requires all Masters of Social Work graduates to obtain 3,000 hours of clinical supervision before applying to take the Licensed Clinical Social Work exam.
